1. Agreement
By using DeepFeat, you accept these terms with DeepFeat, Inc., a Delaware corporation. If you use DeepFeat for an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.
If you have a signed agreement with DeepFeat (such as a services agreement or order form), that agreement controls to the extent it conflicts with these terms.
2. Service
DeepFeat ingests inspection data and produces structured findings and reports. Findings are decision-support outputs and are not certified engineering inspections.
3. Account
- You must be 18 or older and authorized to act for your organization.
- You are responsible for your credentials and all activity on your account.
4. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the service.
- Use DeepFeat to surveil individuals or for any unlawful purpose.
- Upload content you do not have rights to use.
- Interfere with the service or attempt to bypass access controls.
5. Your content
You own the content you upload. You grant DeepFeat a limited license to process it solely to deliver the service.
6. Fees
Subscription terms are governed by your signed order form or master services agreement. These terms apply in addition.
7. Intellectual property
DeepFeat and its software, models, and content are owned by DeepFeat. No rights are transferred except as expressly stated.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is.” Findings are aids and do not replace certified inspection by a qualified professional. You remain responsible for engineering and operational decisions.
9. Limitation of liability
DeepFeat's total liability under these terms is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate with written notice. We may suspend access for breach. On termination, your access ends and your content is deleted as described in Section 7 of the Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
12. Changes
We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
