DeepFeat, Inc., a Delaware corporation, operates an inspection intelligence platform for port and subsea infrastructure. Contact: info@deepfeat.ai.
2. Data we collect
- Account information: name, work email, organization.
- Customer content you upload or connect: video, sonar, sensor data, dive notes, documents.
- Usage telemetry: pages viewed, actions taken, timestamps, IP address, browser.
3. Google user data
If you connect a Google account, we only access content you select and use it solely to provide the service.
4. How we use data
- Provide the platform and deliver findings.
- Operate, secure, and improve the service.
- Communicate with you about your account.
- Comply with legal obligations.
5. Third parties
DeepFeat engages vetted providers in the following categories: cloud infrastructure and storage, artificial-intelligence and machine-learning models, speech-to-text transcription, and transactional email. Each is bound to written confidentiality and security commitments and may use customer data only to provide services to DeepFeat.

6. Security
Data is hosted on AWS in the United States. Encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Tenant isolation by design. Access is limited to employees with a documented need.
7. Retention
We keep customer content while your account is active. On request, we delete it within 30 days unless retention is required by law.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, including GDPR and CCPA where they apply, you may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal data. Email info@deepfeat.ai.
9. Children
DeepFeat is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
10. Changes
We will update the “Last updated” date when we change this policy. Material changes will be notified by email.
